Dr. R. S. Sasan had done Masters and Ph. D in law. Had been Assistant Professor at Translam College of Law, Meerut and thereafter associated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University at New Delhi as a guest faculty. He is in practice for 20 years.
